Can the AI move money without asking?
No. Financial and other high-risk actions require explicit confirmation. Configured thresholds can require an additional confirmation, and payment-account checks still apply.
Is Ask AI available as soon as I sign up?
Availability depends on your plan, permissions, and AI provider setup. Creating an account does not automatically enable Ask AI.
Can I ask about the customer or booking on my screen?
Yes, on supported pages. Ask AI checks which record you are viewing and whether you can access it. If it cannot identify the record, it will not guess.
Should I rely on an AI answer without reviewing it?
No. AI answers can be wrong. Check the source records, dates, and amounts before making an important decision.
