The product, in detail

Manage the work from inquiry to payment.

Capture leads, send quotes, collect signatures and payments, and prepare for service. Keep the customer details with the booking or order at every step.

Product previews use fictional example records—not live customer data. Configuration requirements and features still in development are labeled alongside the relevant section.

Pickup scheduling

Let customers choose an available pickup time.

Let customers choose a location, date, and available pickup window. Control business hours, closed days, lead time, advance booking, and capacity by location. Full or unavailable pickup slots stay out of the customer’s way.

Explore the appointment concept below: consultations, tastings, planning calls, service reservations, rental pickups, and vendor appointments. Buffers, blackout periods, and same-day cutoffs are preview controls—not live appointment booking.

01 / Sales & CRM

Turn interest into an agreement.

Keep the customer, request, price, and signed scope connected.

01

CRM

One customer record for inquiries, bookings, and orders.

Connect each customer to their inquiries, quotes, bookings, orders, and payments. Stop rebuilding the same history every time someone gets in touch.

  • Customer records kept separate for each business, with duplicate checks.
  • Tags and notes to keep relationship context searchable.
  • Lead and customer activity timelines linked to business events.
  • Connected commerce and catering history in the same workspace.

Company details can be captured in forms and notes; a separate company-account CRM is not available yet.

Leads

Know who is waiting for a reply.

Website inquiries appear in Leads with the event details and customer attached. Check the status and follow up without searching your inbox.

  • Capture event date, venue, guest count, duration, and requested service.
  • Track new, contacted, qualified, quoted, won, lost, and archived leads.
  • Keep lead activity alongside the original inquiry.
  • Retain source, referrer, and campaign attribution from the submission.

Quotes

Agree on the details before you commit.

Build an itemized quote using the customer’s inquiry and your pricing rules. Send a link so the customer can review and accept it online.

  • Select services, packages, add-ons, and custom line items.
  • Calculate guest, quantity, duration, travel, tax, and deposit amounts.
  • Apply discounts, service fees, and tax-exempt treatment where appropriate.
  • Track sent, viewed, accepted, declined, and expired quotes.
  • Keep previous versions when you revise a sent quote.

Custom line items can scope additional work; automatic post-event overage billing is not available yet.

For now, track what is owed through booking balances.

Configuration required

Collect deposits and balances against each booking.

Connect your merchant Stripe account and tie storefront payments, deposits, and catering balances to their business records. Stop reconciling a pile of unrelated payment links.

  • Stripe Connect setup and account status in Settings → Payments.
  • Flat or percentage deposits, full catering payments, and remaining balances.
  • Totals calculated from the order or booking, including applicable tax, tips, and fees.
  • Payment status, transaction references, and refund history.
  • Payment status updated after Stripe confirms the result.

Before you get started

Questions, answered.

Are all of these capabilities available without setup?

No. Payments require a connected merchant Stripe account. AI requires a configured provider, and automated messages require messaging providers and a running worker. Appointment booking is an interactive concept, not a reservation or payment service. Standalone invoices and full team-invitation management are still in development. The sections above call out these boundaries.

Can my staff see every part of the business?

Access depends on the permissions assigned to each user. Owner, admin, manager, and staff roles are enforced on the server. The same authorization rules apply to supported AI requests.

Do I have to rebuild my website?

No. Use generated form and menu embed code in your existing website, provided the website builder allows the required iframe or script embed.

Does an estimate automatically become a confirmed booking?

No. A form estimate, a published quote, a signed contract, and a confirmed booking are separate stages. The configured reservation requirements determine when the booking is created.
